Delivery Information

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days from time and date of receipt.

Personal Med uses USPS Priority as its primary delivery source. This ensures that we can obtain the most cost-effective shipping option for you.  USPS is normally Monday – Friday during business hours and cannot guarantee requests for specific days and times.

Special Delivery Requests: While every effort is made by our Customer Care Team to include requests for specific delivery days and times on delivery labels, Personal Med cannot guarantee requests are fulfilled by the shipping company.

 

Your tracker is sent via email or sms when your order is dispatched, using the information you provided on your order.  If you are unavailable to accept delivery on that day, please follow the prompts.

Return Policy

Personal Med accepts returns of unopened merchandise returned in its original re-sellable condition within 30 days of purchase.

Email a request to return merchandise to orders@personalmed.com, please include the details of why you are seeking to return items.  We will respond via return email with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if return is accepted.  The RMA number must appear on the outside of the package. Please do not return items without prior acceptance.

If an item is damaged, lost or incorrectly delivered, claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.  Due to health and safety concerns, Personal Med cannot accept returns of used items.  A restocking fee of 25% is applied for incorrectly ordered items

Please carefully pack all items to be returned in their original packaging.  Personal Med is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items.  Please be advised that packages sent by standard USPS may not be able to be tracked to ensure delivery.  We recommend that you use a delivery method that can be tracked and or insured.  Personal Med cannot provide credit for a return until we have received the returned item.
